Talk to Management or Talk to the Management. Which Is Correct?

When using the word management, "the" is unnecessary.

It's talk to management (not "talk to the management").

Talk to management if you have questions about your job.

Talk to the management if you have questions about your job.

Be aware, however, that you can say "I need to talk to the manager", but when using the word management, "the" is unnecessary.
